Pick Up and Delivery of Accounting Records

To make our service as convenient and unobtrusive to your day-to-day operations as possible, we will come by your office to pick up and drop off your accounting records and financial statements.
Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements
​
Each month we can provide you with a trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, bank account reconciliations and a detailed general ledger. These can be prepared either by review of your internally prepared financial statements or by providing us with your raw data, including bank statements, check registers and credit card statements, with which we will then prepare your financial statement package.
Consultation on Monthly Financial Statements

We will provide you a monthly analysis of your financial statement package. This consultation can either be performed in person or on the phone at your convenience. Preparation of Payroll and Related Returns: We are able to prepare all of your payroll tax returns and the related forms. These include Forms 941, 940, W-2s, W-3s, 1096 and 1099. Our involvement can give you peace of mind by helping you stay out of trouble with the IRS.
